All candidates hold a minimum B1 German language certificate, with many reaching B2. A significant number complete their training through the Goethe-Institut, one of the world’s most respected language institutions. Language preparation is job-specific as well as general, so candidates are ready to communicate in your working environment from day one.

Timelines vary depending on the role, sector, and country of origin. Following an initial consultation and needs analysis, we will give you a realistic and transparent overview of expected timeframes. We handle the entire process from candidate selection through to visa, recognition, and arrival in Germany, so your involvement is kept to a minimum.

Our accompaniment continues well beyond the first day. We stay actively involved through Years 1 to 3 of the apprenticeship, maintaining close contact with both the employer and the professional. If questions or difficulties arise on either side, we are there to help resolve them early before they become larger issues.

Our founder Alexandra Ponweera brings over 30 years of direct professional experience in dental medicine, which means we understand what businesses in our core sectors actually need from their staff. We are deliberately selective in our approach — we place fewer candidates and invest more in each placement, because our focus is on long-term retention, not short-term volume.
